Sofitel Singapore City Centre Hotel

Great location with plenty of nearby eateries and easy access to public transportation. the pool area offered fantastic city views. the room was spacious and had a fabulous view of the city. the baby cot provided was of high quality and not just a basic travel cot.

The breakfast was not worth the price and it would be better to eat at the local cafes in the area. Unfortunately, there were no sun umbrellas by the pool, making it difficult to fully protect our baby from the sun.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with unexpected features such as a weighing machine and coffee maker. the service was exceptional, with staff readily accommodating my request for a late check, out and extending it to 2pm.

One of the bath towels was dirty, which was a minor issue. the cleaning service should have double, checked before giving it to guests.

The hotel's location right next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. We were also delighted to find a flower shop with beautiful vases nearby, adding a touch of charm to the surroundings. the hotel was surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, offering us a wide range of dining options. The proximity to the city center made it easy for us to access shopping districts and tourist attractions. the room facilities were top-notch, with amenities like a weighing machine and coffee machine exceeding our expectations. We were pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The design is modern and beautiful. The hotel is new and very well cared for.

The taxi drivers didn't know how to get there. There was a lot of explaining to do, it was next to the "tangon pagar" metro stop or behind the Prquidea Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located directly above the metro station. The room is very well equipped with a nice view and a wonderfully soft bed. The smartphone provided is extremely convenient for getting around the city. The choice of breakfast is extremely wide and often very good. Very pleasant swimming pool.

Although the staff is charming, the service could be more personalized. The western part of the breakfast was perhaps a little less than the rest.

Entering this hotel was an immersive luxurious experience. the scenery, fragrances, and amenities are magnificent. We stayed in a room equipped with exclusive amenities, a fantastic sound system, and a lovely garden view. the restaurant's food was delightful and diverse, including special diet menus and in-room breakfast options. the poolside snack bar was perfect for quick bites, and the bar served excellent cocktails.

One minor issue was the lack of outdoor garden areas. Although the hotel had some greenery, we would have appreciated more garden areas or beach umbrellas to relax and enjoy nature.

We had a delightful stay at Sofitel. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was impeccably clean and had all the essential appliances we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The city view from our room was lovely. The stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection was a plus. We also appreciated the USB charger near the nightstand. the facilities and services provided were exceptional.

We experienced a fire alarm incident in the middle of the night, which disrupted our sleep. However, the hotel staff handled the situation well.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were in excellent condition. The location right next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station made it convenient for exploring the city. Moreover, it was close to many restaurants and the main areas of this city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of high quality and offered a variety of delicious options.
